✦ COPPER vs BRASS — WHICH FINISH IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
Copper is warmer and more earthy in tone than brass reddish-brown rather than golden yellow. It develops a natural green-tinged verdigris patina over time if left untreated outdoors, or a rich, deep chocolate-brown in interior use. Orders are handmade to order and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Shipped worldwide via tracked courier. Delivery typically 3–5 days internationally. You will receive a tracking number once shipped. Import duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

We want you to love your handle. If there is a defect or damage in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it. As each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Custom orders are non-refundable.

1) Standard Return Window
- Timeframe: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase: Required for all returns.
This 30-day return window applies to most Nublass products.
2) Items That Are Not Returnable
- Custom or made-to-order products: Not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Final Sale or Non-Returnable items: Any product clearly marked as such is not eligible for return.
3) Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Nublass covers return shipping and will provide instructions or a prepaid label when applicable.
- Change of mind, wrong size/finish, or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
