1) Standard Return Window

  • Timeframe: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns.

This 30-day return window applies to most Nublass products.

2) Items That Are Not Returnable

  • Custom or made-to-order products: Not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Final Sale or Non-Returnable items: Any product clearly marked as such is not eligible for return.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Nublass covers return shipping and will provide instructions or a prepaid label when applicable.
  • Change of mind, wrong size/finish, or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4) How to Initiate a Return
