Return Policy

Nublass is committed to clarity and fairness when it comes to returns. Below is our official return policy for products purchased directly from Nublass.

1) Standard Return Window

  • Timeframe: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase: Required for all returns.

This 30-day return window applies to most Nublass products.

2) Items That Are Not Returnable

  • Custom or made-to-order products: Not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Final Sale or Non-Returnable items: Any product clearly marked as such is not eligible for return.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Nublass covers return shipping and will provide instructions or a prepaid label when applicable.
  • Change of mind, wrong size/finish, or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4) How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return

Once reviewed and approved, we will send detailed return instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5) Damaged or Defective Items on Arrival

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and provide photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, correction, or refund based on your case.

Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds are handled once a return is approved or when a product is found to be defective or incorrectly shipped.

1) When refunds are issued

After we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

  • If approved: A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • If rejected: We will explain the reason, such as the item being used, damaged, or outside the return window, and discuss options, including the return of the item to you.

2) Refund processing time

  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after approval.
  • Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the funds to your account.

3) Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted. We may assist with exchanges when stock and product type allow, but this is subject to availability and approval.

Shipping & Delivery

Nublass (operated by Soqalux LLC) ships handcrafted brass and copper products worldwide from our Marrakech workshop. Most items are made to order and securely packed for express delivery.

Handling & Production Time

  • Production (made-to-order): 3–7 business days for most items. Large/custom projects may take longer (we’ll confirm by email).
  • Ready-to-ship items: dispatch within 3–5 business days.

Carriers

We use trusted express carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. Every shipment includes tracking.

  • United States & Canada: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe (EU/EEA): 3–5 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–5 business days
  • UAE & Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of World: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before payment. Promotions such as free express shipping may apply to select destinations or order values.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees collected by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout. The carrier may contact you to arrange payment and delivery.

Address Accuracy & Delivery

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a phone number for the carrier.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or refusal, we can reship it after collecting the reship fee.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and us within 7 days. We’ll help investigate and file a claim when eligible.

Damaged in Transit

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. Keep all packing materials. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the claim.
