Shipping
All handles are handmade to order with a production time of 3–7 business days. Orders are shipped worldwide via DHL or FedEx Express, with tracking provided for every shipment.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Custom-made sizes are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged, a free replacement will be provided.

1) Standard Return Window

- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

This 30-day return window applies to most Nublass products.
2) Items That Are Not Returnable
- Custom or made-to-order products: Not returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Final Sale or Non-Returnable items: Any product clearly marked as such is not eligible for return.
3) Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Nublass covers return shipping and will provide instructions or a prepaid label when applicable.
- Change of mind, wrong size/finish, or buyer’s remorse: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Address Accuracy & Delivery
